Motion Graphic Advertisement
I developed a video editing product for DaVinci Resolve to which brings the equivalent effects from After Effects to DaVinci Resolve through custom created and coded tools. The goal of this branding and video was for it to stand out from the competition and communicate the feeling of looking at futuristic technology. This video features a Y2K User Interface aesthetic to evoke a futuristic vibe of new opportunities while setting it apart from the other competition.

I wanted the video to highlight the launch of this ambitious product—bringing After Effects -style tools into DaVinci Resolve—and what it offers users. The storyboard communicates the AE-to-Resolve leap through Y2K UI-inspired visuals evoking a futuristic feeling.
Using this aesthetic I also created a supplementary video utilizing the theming when I was announcing how I was able to make the product. I also utilized the main wordmark composition as the product thumbnail on my website.
